2023 Important Information
First and foremost, we at Metzler Mower, would like to thank you for support over the years. As we embark onto the 2023 season we are faced with some of the same challenges from the previous couple of years, along with some new challenges. We will continue to keep our customers up to date with any information that we get from our manufactures to help you make better informed decisions on all of your outdoor power equipment needs.
- PRICE INCREASES
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the constant changes in pricing, we will not be posting prices on our website. We simply do not have the man power to keep up to date with pricing on our website. However, We will advertise when there is a sales event taking place. With the rising costs of shipping, labor rates, and raw materials, prices are most likely going to increase throughout the year. Pricing on all of our equipment is set by our manufactures.

- LIMITED SUPPLY
- Our manufacturers are working tirelessly to produce the equipment that you need for the upcoming season. However, they are being hit with shortages on labor workers and raw materials. This will cause a delay in getting certain products throughout the year. Some models may not be available this season. If you are interested in a certain model, please let us know as soon as possible. We will pass along information with any estimated dates of production as we find out. These dates are estimated dates and are not definite. They may change depending on outside influences as the year progresses. We will attempt to keep the in-stock inventory up to date on this website.
- As we enter into 2023 some products are going to become more available than it has been over the past couple years. It is looking more promising as we begin 2023. If you know what you are looking for do not hesitate. You may even order your equipment over the winter so that you will be the first to receive it before the spring arrives. Some products are getting restyled or even getting new features to give you even better quality. We look forward to being able to get you the product that you've been waiting for.
- UPDATE - We do have inventory IN STOCK! Tractors, Zero Turns, Tillers, Log Splitters, Bed Edgers, Generators, ETC.

- PARTS
- We pride ourselves on having the parts in stock to get your equipment fixed up and running quickly. However, it is impossible for us to keep every single part, for every piece of equipment on our shelves. We have been experiencing more and more backordered parts over the past couple of years. Parts that used to take 2 or 3 days to arrive in 2019 and before may now taking up to 4-5 days in some cases. We will update you on any part that is on backorder with an estimated time of arrival as soon as we are made aware of a date. Price increases are not just limited to equipment. The pricing on parts may vary as the year goes on and the price listed on our website might not always be up to date.
- Parts orders have been trending towards less and less backorders from the manufacturers as the year went on. Mostly uncommon, less used parts are taking longer to get in.

- Service
- We have made a few changes as to how we are going to schedule service for equipment this year. We are now scheduling appointments for service. We are still operating on a first come first serve basis as we have always done in the past. However, now when you stop in or call us, we will set you up with an appointment date for you to bring in your equipment or for us to come pick it up. There will no longer be a list to add your name to for us to call you when we get to your name. This system ensures that you will get the service you need, when you need it.
- Our new system of scheduling appointments has been working out better than we had hoped. This system is more efficient and should lead to shorter down times as we go into mowing season.
- Labor Shortage
- We are not exempt from the labor shortages that are facing the country. We have been trying to hire capable employees that can live up to the standards that we set here at Metzler Mower. We are still operating short staffed. As a result we have longer backlogs then we would like and are accustomed to. Also, we do not have enough staff to answer every phone call that comes in. We have installed a new phone system allowing you to direct your concerns to the correct department. You may now leave a message and we will return your phone call in the order it was received. We are doing our best to give everyone the service that you deserve as efficiently as we possibly can. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Heading into 2023 we are thankful for the technicians that we have gotten over the past year. We are currently fully staffed with trained technicians to get your equipment fixed or serviced correctly and quickly. This translated to less down time and you having your equipment when you need it.
